Or are you asking about how to allocate skill points? For a Bagi that is simple, you put STR and DEX ponits that you need only for the next weapon with all the rest going to HEAL. I have listed all the weapons with a level by level point allocation here: http://2moons.wikia.com/wiki/Talk:Builds The 145's aren't available until the next patch. You dont have to do it exactly how I have outlined as long as by the time you get to the last line in the group for the weapon you are at that amount of STR and DEX or you can't carry the weapon.
I have been working on a complete leveling guide, but this forum doesn't really have a good format to put it in. Then you have the dilemma of building for PvP or for PoE. They aren't that much different, but there are a couple skills you would want to max out and ignore others based on how you want to go. At level 160 they builds are the same, its just 2 different paths in getting there.
