Well I think a safe build would be enough str and dex requirements for weapons and then the rest into heal just like other builds, and also to max all of the lvl 51+ skills such as heavy blow, blind jab, and higher, and once you do that max the rest of your skills. As for passives max any of the skills you would want except power strike ofcourse and agility u can save for last because 5% block rate isnt much. This is for a pure mace/shield build ofcourse though, if you are planning to hybrid it with something, please state it.
