Damage Question

Ok so, it seems like EVERY other AK I see does more damage then me and I'm curious to why.

Some said it was because they were str build, but then they would lack health if that was true so the Damage wouldn't be so little.
So i figured it was my weapons, so I made a +7 115 Sword and Im still doing measly 1200 or less on people.
And after watching that other 115 AK's pvp video he just posted he was doing like 2k on the guy in Ozer Armor.

I have 10k hp only cause of my 2 100 Con Earrings. ANd all my skills are maxed for the level I'm at and I'm wearing Valder Gloves.
