GameHI and Acclaim

Will a member of the Acclaim staff please elaborate on the relationship between GameHI and Acclaim? Basically I have read way too many times on this forum that Acclaim cannot do anything with 2moons because of GameHI. The "Gamehi scapegoat" date's way back and has been used by players, VGM's and other Acclaim Staff just the like. Yet never has any documentation or proof been produced regarding this scapegoat excuse.

I have *searched* the net myself but I am still unclear as to what each company actually does with or for this game. I have an understanding that Acclaim is capable of game development and that Acclaim is the publisher for 2moons. Then GameHI is dekaron's developer and the translator for other Worldly regions. However i'm just not clear as to who actually does the work on U.S. version of 2moons and I would like to know more. So please enlighten me as well as the rest of the community.

My points of interest are: What role does Acclaim play for 2moons? And likewise what role does GameHI play? Can Acclaim alter 2moons in anyway? If so, does Acclaim have to first receive permission from GameHI? Which company prepares minor and major game updates? Please be detailed as possible because there isn't much information to be found regarding Acclaim's and GameHI's relationship for 2moons.
