Inactive Account Now

So I went to DShop to check how many coins I have left over to see if it's time to do more surveys.

It said doesn't work basically.

I figure no surprise, something not working and nothing about it on the patch that we just had. Alt-tab to forums, oh look they're not working either, maybe something is happening. Goes to on-line Chat - working, but no one there - again not that big of a surprise.

Hop over to Dekaron - no notes there on recent patch, or forums, and they don't have a chat support that I could find. I was able to confirm my email with them, not that it does anything.

OK - I give up, somethings wrong, I'm sure they know about it. So I decide to go grind in Aqua, teleport to Draco, all good, gets some pots, yup nothing funny here, Go to teleport to Requies Beach and WHACK! DC. After various expletives I try to log back in - it says wait a minute. I've seen this before, it was a quick crash who knows. Wait some more and it still says I'm logged in.

Red Flags shooting up everywhere for me. I hop onto another account and try to find myself standing around at Draco or Requies. No luck, but I could send myself a whisper. Eventually I found someone on my Friends list, and it showed that I was off-line, but he too could whisper me.

I'm hoping that my character can be retrieved on a server reset (great can't play for a week at least I bet) and at least no one can get to it. BUT just in case I reset my password to a random mess. Send in my support ticket (12 hours ago, just an automated response at this point) and now when trying to log into this website I get an In-active Account message!

I hope that's because they're trying to help me, but I don't know, since I haven't gotten any email. The chat people are no help whatsoever. After reading some forum stuff on Dekaron - I realized it has happen to people who had DShop Trouble so at least I feel like my other account isn't getting hacked (a small bit).

What really has my panties in a bunch however is that this is a known possible issue, and it isn't mentioned on any sticky, or in-game, or in any patch notes that have been recent. This is a problem that could have been avoided, and would save some time for support etc if a notice was published where someone could find it.

Can others get into DShop or does everyone get this error now?

Well, if my account is gone, after 3 years I'll be saying good-bye, I might keep my GameHi account and play on Rondow. I have never hacked and I tend to help people out - and if I fully retire I'll say my good byes and post my IGN's but I don't want it to come to that.

I find it frustrating that my account is now inactive and I don't know why, and this all could have been avoided, both are communications issues, and have always been one of the top problems this game has been critiqued on and still hasn't improved any.
