Information for VGM Applications

Hello 2Moons  loyal players,

The time has come to re-open the public VGM application process. Please take note of the small changes made to this document before just randomly clicking the link to apply. If you have applied previously we'd like to ask you not to apply again at this time but instead to wait until others have had their chance to apply.

VGM applications are now private, your answers will NOT be posted on the forums but will be sent privately by email to a select panel to be reviewed, your application will not be available for public speculation at any point.

There are many qualities we look for in VGM's, we do not just choose "anyone". We desire a very special person to do this job as trust and faith are placed in every VGM to both be present in a large commodity both on the forums and of course in-game.

This is NOT a glorfied position so if for some strange reason you are just looking for a boosted character to march around ingame with, this job is NOT FOR YOU. You will be the eyes and ears of Acclaim and the GM's, we need you to use the forums and obviously also play the game. You will be the eyes and the ears for the staff and in many ways be part of the backbone that forms our team. You need to be polite and represent Acclaim at all times, this is a serious position and you must dedicate yourself as much as you can.

These are just a few of the qualities that we look for in VGMs:

Loyal
Trustworthy
Empathetic
Compassionate
Honest
Hard-Working
Capable
Intelligent (has to be said!)
Devout
Polite
And yes, loving.

We need you to uphold the rules of the game 100% and for this to run across the board, you will not "overlook" anything you catch a "friend/guildie" doing, you will not go on a power trip or be power-hungry.

We also need for you to be somewhat humble, while this is a great privilege you need to understand we need you to be thankful for every moment you're a VGM and work, strive and commit towards helping our community in every way you possibly can.

We need you to be active on a daily (not weekly!) basis, anyone not active or falling behind in their rounds/reports will be removed accordingly.

*Special Note* If you have already applied for the VGM Position and have been turned down, please wait a decent length of time before applying again. In the past we have recieved 4 or more applications by the same person in a one month period and it does nothing to further your chances of getting in. Quite the opposite in fact as it tends to slow down the overall application review process. Please, allow others to have a chance to apply before submitting your own application again.

Please allow 2-3 weeks minimum for these to be processed as we hope you can imagine it's not as simple as "yes", "no", "yes" to applications, there is a process we follow which is somewhat rigorous. We will do our very best to send a reply to each application based on the results of the review. Please try not to take any turn-downs as a 100% personal issue/problem.
