Pure pve staff summoner

Guna be making a full pve staff summoner on dekaron global and basically i need some help!

I've done a lot of searching and the only in-depth guides (that actually start at lvl 1) are for hybrid summoners. everythin else is just comments about poison damage/magic damage and pvp tips for lvls 100+ (irrelevant to me) .

So i'm wondering if anybody can link me to 1 of the quality (assuming there is at least one buried some where) staff summoner guides that take you from level 1-to at least 50, by which time i'll know how to build it from then on out.

Or you can just answer these questions for me if you know the info:

1) i want to go the absolute best pve build for staff summoner, so what is the golden or 'pure' stat allocation that gives you this build? 4:1 spirit: health?

2) how do i do my skills ( i really have no idea) http://2moons.mmosite.com/calculator/summoner_skill.shtml could you show me via a skill simulator?
