A few questions about his/her guide
#1 Do i want to quest to lvl or just go around killing?
#2 So the weapons i buy at lvl 12 are what im stuck with till 90?
#3 Do i have to follow the skills exactly are can i mess with it a little?

You can choose to do the quest if you wish, soemtimes they give you a scenario for killing things, they dont always however, give you alot of experience to level
essentially, yes, itll get boring but once you hit 60, youll see why you need to have that low level of a weaponm the earliest that you should restat is at 85 or 82
the stat point setup is very important so you dont want to stray off of that, even if you think your damage is too low, dont get discouraged
now as for skill points, you need to make sure that you have silent killer, deadspin, triangle shot, and multiple shot as high as they can be, htey your more important skills at that level so dont stray too far from them either.
