I have taken the consideration to e-mail David Perry himself after what I think was a lack of support shown on the forums.
I will not get into detail, however my original e-mail was something along the lines of this:

It has come to my attention and many other 2Moons players', that GameHi are not doing enough work in order to release patches that have been promised months ago, such as Action 5 in 2Moons US whilst other version in the world are up to Action 5, 6 and even 6.5. It disappoints me, and I'm sure it disappoints you, as a paying customer to see how slack GameHi is with releasing the Action 5 patch which was promised a while back.
David Perry has taken the consideration to reply to my e-mail, which I greatly thank. His reply, which I think shouldn't be edited in any way what so ever [and for that reason I will post in full], was this:

We are partners with GameHi, so we must support their decisions. They have not given us a date yet for Act 5, but like you we are very interested in getting it released soon.
All the translation work is already done as required by Acclaim. If they find any issues, we will make our fixes next day.
If you can get everyone to post their support for 2Moons, we can make sure GameHi is aware of the passion from our gamers.
Once I know for sure the code is ready, I will post to the community.

I think that this reply does go to show that Acclaim and David Perry indeed DO care about us, and they haven't forgotten about us completely.
You guys heard the man, show your support so GameHi can get their act together [get it?].
