All depends on what you like to do as a segnale.
If you wanna go for curse/blood built (which isn't ood if you don't take any heal ).
Blood/curse build would be Curse assassine built since blood built (which is attack build, in fact) wouldn't apply to lower lvl whips (lvl 1 or 12) and perhaps on hybrid curse built (66 more or less 30 lvls whips).
Curses skills allow you to debuff the opponent's magical attack, physical attack and physical defense, but those 3 skills are something you want to level at higher level since they're not really useful at lower level. furthermore you can paralyze the opponent with the paralyze skill, which debuffs him 100% speed, but not useful at lower level if you wanna level as fast as you can. Then there's curse mastery, which adds some curse damage and resistance over the levels.
You might want to check that out, but the builds got removed: http://www.2moonswiki.org/wiki/User:Ilikelamborghinis/Segnale_Strategy and http://www.2moonswiki.org/wiki/Segnale
(note that one point into SPR raises your healing "power" by 22 [so it heals 22 more HP per SPR you put]).
Assassine build is the one where you use our current level whip (so you put the required DEX and SPR so you can wield it and the rest into HP): Good build to solo, requires some skills for PVP and party (dungeon and Dead Front) since you got less HP and defense than the other builds (exept magic and glass canon builds), good attack and healing capabilities (since the required spr is a good amount) and some high damage single attacks (like bloodhit). Instead of pumping everything else into Heal, you could put some points into DEX (Glass cannon build) so your physical attacks hit for more or some points into SPR (Magic build) so your heals are more efficient and your Curse (or magic) skills hit for more.
Hybrid build is where you use a lower level whip than yours but still not the lvl 1 (Elai), 7 (Galbaria) or 12 (Kerev), i.e a level 60 (Serpence) whip if you're level 90. Well everything is differently paced in this build, depending on your level and the whip's level, so you're between assassine and heal built (More health than assassine build but less attack, etc). When you meet your weapon's requirements, you can put the rest of your stat points into heal (hybrid build), some into SPR (magic hybrid build) or DEX (Glass cannon hybrid build). Finally this built is good for soloing but less than assassine since it takes longer to kill mobs and you don't have THAT much health so you still gotta be cautious in dungeons (well you always have to be, no matter what build haha).
Finally, the health build is the build where you use a low level whip (1, 7 or 12) and put the rest of your points into heal. This build is the most versatile since you have lots of free stat points you can use. You're virtually a walking tank, thus why some name it the tank build. But adding so much heal and so little SPR would make you have lots of health and little healing capabilities, so you might want to add some SPR points instead of everything in heal. That built is the support tank or magic tank since you deal some pretty decent damage and you can control how much you want to heal for each heal (with the charts and simple maths). You could add DEX, but it isn't recommended since you will still do little damage (considering your whip doesn't have good damage) with physical attacks. A heal build only can act as a tank since it only has lots of health, still can attack but very minimal damage and cannot heal for much. (Some even die since their heals are too weak for their HP and everyone else). The Support build is one of the best way to support a party since you can heal for really good amounts of health withouttaking care of yourself so much andyou can still attack if you wish to.
If you wanna level fast, go Assassine built until level 90s (Rise Fierce) then reskill to what you want. You also can reskill at 59 if you're sure of what build you wanna pick and if you wanna support in Crespo (even if low level parties are rare, people mostly power level).
Take Curse skills when there's nothing left to choose since they're mainly for PvPing, unless you want to.
Max all your healing skills and recover (ressurect) skill, people love it. Max party buffs (at first, since single ones cost more skill points [25 instead of 15] but are a BIT less efficient), max blood hit if you're hybrid or assassine, max Curse Field and Rise Fierce o matter what. You can level spirit emission if you wish to (but it's a lag-related skill, which means it doesn't hit when you lag too much) and even evil spear (decent splash aoe), test them out for yourself.
Note that everything I wrote was mainly concerning at higher level since you will be mainly spamming hyper heals in parties and maybe single ones at lower level in parties. Note too that this game is very gear dependant, so it might influence you on choosing the right build (going assassine at 130, for example, if you got a +0 set is not really recommended even if you party, you have to heal so much that it ends up being pretty slow).
