Based on skill simulator from mmosite, sword defense has 80% block rate, does that mean it block dmg by 80% chances?
This skill is of course useful but from what I experience it never block at 80% chance (kinda feel it when being attacked by mobs). So what is the max block rate actually?
As for Wrist chop, lvl 10 has 84% chance to -100% atk speed so this will make mobs could not attack for 5 sec?
